Toren Developer Puts Two Commercial Condos for Sale

NEW YORK CITY-The developer of the 240-unit Toren condo project in downtown Brooklyn is unloading the ground floor retail condo and the parking garage for $6 million and $2.7 million, respectively, in the 38-story building. The retail condo measuring 11,077 square feet and the three-level parking garage measuring 21,780 square feet are situated at 150 Myrtle Ave.

TerraCRG Commercial Realty Group was retained to market the properties. Fresh City Market will lease the retail condo for 15 years. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business .
