NEW YORK CITY-The developer of the 240-unit Toren condo project in downtown Brooklyn is unloading the ground floor retail condo and the parking garage for $6 million and $2.7 million, respectively, in the 38-story building. The retail condo measuring 11,077 square feet and the three-level parking garage measuring 21,780 square feet are situated at 150 Myrtle Ave.
