RICHARDSON, TX-California-based Inogen Inc. will open an office on East Collins Blvd. in Richardson and employ 200 workers in the next 18 months. The company has signed a 31,204-square-foot lease at 1125 East Collins Blvd. at Cardinal Park One for its corporate office.
Inogen will relocate to Cardinal Park One in June. In the lease deal, the tenant was represented by Henry S. Miller Brokerage's Jim Turano, while Cardinal Park was represented by Holt Lunsford Commercial's Josh Barnes and Bryon McCoy. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
