CAMBRIDGE, MA-Aveo Pharmaceuticals has leased 126,000 square feet of office and laboratory space at 650 East Kendall Street in Cambridge for 12 years. The pharmaceutical firm will relocate its research facilities and headquarters from 75 Sidney Street in Cambridge to the 280,000-square-foot research facility in Kendall Square.

The six-story Kendall Street research facility is owned by Prudential Real Estate Investors and BioMed Realty Trust. Richards Barry Joyce & Partners negotiated the lease deal on behalf of Aveo and BioMed Realty Trust. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
