
NEW YORK CITY-Thor Equities has put 446 W. 14th St., a property having two levels of retail space in the middle of the meatpacking district, on the market for sale. The company is hoping that the five-story building, situated between Tenth Avenue and Washington Street, will fetch approximately $45 million.
Thor purchased the property in 2007 for $23.4 million. The company has hired capital markets group at Jones Lang LaSalle to find a buyer for the property. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business .
