DENVER-Brookfield Office Properties Inc., a commercial real estate company, has renewed four leases totaling 88,510 square feet at 1801 California St. Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP has signed a 10-year lease for 36,449 square feet; Science Applications International Corp. has leased 27,642 square feet; Citigroup Technology Inc. has retained 14,827 square feet; and Handy Networks has inked a 10-year lease for 9,592 square feet at the office tower.
