
NEW YORK CITY-A former auto assembly plant in Long Island City, Queens, has reached sales block. Brooklyn-based Hampshire Properties has hired Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP to market the former industrial building at 33-00 Northern Blvd.
Hampshire Properties is expecting to get $90 million for the property known as the Center Building. The company purchased the eight-story building in 2002 for approximately $12.6 million.
