
NEW YORK CITY-AIP, known as American Industrial Partners, has signed a 10-year deal for approximately 9,800 square feet of space at 330 Madison Ave. The private-equity firm will occupy the entire 28th-floor space in the 39-story building.
Asking rent was about $90 per square foot. AIP is planning to relocate from 535 Fifth Ave. to the new location sometime in fall. Studley's David Dusek represented the tenant, while Jones Lang LaSalle's David Kleiner and Frank Doyle represented landlord Vornado Realty Trust in the deal.
