DALLAS-Construction has started on 3003 Carlisle, a 192-unit apartment community in Dallas. The six-story Mediterranean-style building will include two levels of underground parking.
Dallas-based Alamo Manhattan is the developer of the apartment complex. The project architect is Addison-based Hensley Lamkin Rachel and the general contractor is Andres Construction.
