CHICAGO-Burlington Coat Factory will open a store on the lower-level space on a State Street building.

CHICAGO-Burlington Coat Factory will open a store on the lower-level space on a State Street building. The company has leased approximately 60,000 square feet of space at 1 N. State St.

Burlington will occupy the space vacated by Filene's Basement at the building. The store is scheduled to open this fall. Robert Melsher of Chicago-based Zifkin Real Estate Group LLC represented Burlington, while Daniel Jacobson and Sharon Kahan of CBRE Inc. represented the landlord in the lease transaction.
