MEMPHIS-According to a $7.5-million building permit application, work will start soon on the next phase of the Fieldstone Apartments. Michael Lightman Realty Co. was the original developer of the Fieldstone Apartments project in Southeast Memphis.

Memphis Daily News reported that the general contractor for the phase three of the apartment project is Patton & Taylor Construction Co. The new 102-unit apartment complex will use 3333 Hacks Cross Road as its address. The project will include garden-style apartments, two detached garages and a mail kiosk.
