Legal & General Starts Work on St Stephens Place Leisure Park

BRISTOL, UK-Legal & General Property, the owner of Castle Place Shopping Centre, has start work on St Stephens Place Leisure Park in Trowbridge.

BRISTOL, UK-Legal & General Property, the owner of Castle Place Shopping Centre, has start work on St Stephens Place Leisure Park in Trowbridge. In April, the company closed contracts with Premier Inn and ODEON.

The development will include an 80-bed Premier Inn hotel, an ODEON multiplex cinema, family restaurants, bars and cafes, landscaped areas and 111 car parking spaces.
