CLEARWATER, FL-Physician management services provider EmCare is doubling its office space in Clearwater. The company has expanded its office space to 37,796 square feet from 18,000 square feet at the Harbourside building at 18167 U.S. 19.
The 153,586-square-foot property is currently 82% occupied. Jones Lang LaSalle's Chris Butler, John Ruskin and Mike Sharapata represented EmCare, while Colliers International Tampa Bay's Melanie Jackson and Alan Feldshue represented AHC Metro Harbourside, the landlord, in the lease expansion.
