JERSEY CITY, NJ-Morgan Stanley has extended its leases for approximately 370,000 square feet of space at Harborside Financial Center in New Jersey.

JERSEY CITY, NJ-Morgan Stanley has extended its leases for approximately 370,000 square feet of space at Harborside Financial Center in New Jersey. The company has renewed its lease for 300,000 square feet in Harborside 2 for about a year and nearly 70,000 square feet in Plaza 3 for a short term.

Brian Waterman and Barry Gosin from Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented Morgan Stanley, while Mack-Cali had in-house representation in both deals. For the full story, go to New York Post .
