CHICAGO-Navteq, a digital mapping unit of Espoo, Finland-based Nokia Corp., has mapped out new office space measuring 58,000 square feet in the West Loop. The Chicago-based has leased an additional 22,000 square feet of space at 100 N. Riverside Plaza and taken approximately 36,000 square feet of space at 500 W. Madison St.

The two lease deals will increase Navteq's office space to 365,000 square feet in Chicago. Seattle-based Colliers International's Chicago office represented Navteq in the lease deals. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
