SOMERVILLE, MA-The $9.8-million transformation of the former Saint Polycarp Parish situated in Somerville into a mixed-use community is advancing with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on the second phase. Somerville Community Corp. is developing Saint Polycarp Village Apartments on Butler Drive.

The second phase of the project will include 3 four-story buildings with 29 affordable rental units. The third and final stage of the project will comprise 31 rental units within a three-story building. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
