Developer Opens Hilton Carlsbad Oceanfront Resort & Spa

CARLSBAD, CA-Encinitas-based Wave Crest Oceanfront LLC has officially opened the $80-million Hilton Carlsbad Oceanfront Resort & Spa in the Ponto Beach neighborhood of Carlsbad.

CARLSBAD, CA-Encinitas-based Wave Crest Oceanfront LLC has officially opened the $80-million Hilton Carlsbad Oceanfront Resort & Spa in the Ponto Beach neighborhood of Carlsbad. The 215-room resort was under construction in the last 18 months.

Wave Crest Hotels and Resorts is operating the new Hilton hotel, which comprises a 5,600-square-foot spa, 25,000 square feet of outdoor and indoor wedding and meeting space and Chandler's Restaurant & Lounge, an upscale restaurant. For the full story, go to San Diego Business Journal .
