ALBANY-Jillian's restaurant and nightclub situated in downtown Albany, New York, has reached sales block with an asking price of $1.6 million. Owner Ralph Spillenger is selling the business and the three-story, 37,000-square-foot building at 59 N. Pearl St.

Jillian's also comprises apartment space measuring 5,000 square feet on the third floor. Spillenger purchased the building in January 2010 for $2.4 million from New Boston Albany LP.
