OAKTON, VA-First Potomac Realty Trust based in Bethesda has inked four new leases totaling 49,308 square feet at its Three Flint Hill. Ameriprise Financial, Stratford University, A. J. Dwoskin & Associates, and Chadwick, Washington, Moriarty, Elmore & Bunn, P.C. are the four new tenants of the office building. These new leases bring the occupancy rate of the 181,000-square-foot property to 51%.
