Henderson Submits Application for GBP 35M Retail Project

BRISTOL, UK-Henderson Global Investors has submitted planning permission for the development of over 50,000 square feet of catering and retail space at Swindon Designer Outlet Centre.

BRISTOL, UK-Henderson Global Investors has submitted planning permission for the development of over 50,000 square feet of catering and retail space at Swindon Designer Outlet Centre. McArthurGlen is managing the Swindon Designer Outlet, which is owned by Henderson as part of its UK Outlet Mall Fund.

The GBP 35-million development will improve the existing center and restore the Long Shop. Swindon Designer Outlet comprises 207,000 square feet of retail space and it currently houses more than 90 brands. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
