FRANKLIN, TN-Boyle Investment Co. has named the first group of tenants for its Class A office building off Carothers Parkway in Cool Springs. Three tenants have signed lease deals totaling approximately 39,000 square feet at 175,000-square-foot building.
Brentwood Capital Advisors has leased 7,685 square feet; M*Modal has signed a 19,488-square-foot lease; and Skanska has leased 11,788 square feet at 5000 Meridian.
