
ARLINGTON, VA-The Washington Post reported that The JBG Cos. has received permission from Arlington officials to proceed ahead with its proposed multifamily project at the Central Place development in Rosslyn. The Chevy Chase-based earlier planned to construct an office project but changed its plan for apartments.
The newspaper reported that JBG will start break ground on the 30-story apartment tower with 350 units. The company has changed its plan due to its financing problem for the planned 31-story office tower. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
