MEMPHIS-Two retail tenants are landing on the old Samuels Furniture Co. Inc. space in East Memphis. Office Depot has leased 18,666 square feet and Memphis-based Hollywood Feed will occupy 4,505 square feet at 5502-5510 Poplar Avenue.

The Poplar Avenue building, also known as Poplar Centre, sits on a 1.04-acre land at Yates and Poplar. It is owned by Lichterman Properties LLC. In the deal, Loeb Realty Group LLC represented Hollywood Feed and the Shopping Center Group LLC represented both Office Depot and Lichterman Properties.
