Forestar, Guggenheim to Build Apartment Community in Denver

DENVER-Guggenheim Real Estate LLC and Austin-based Forestar Group Inc. have partnered to develop a 304-unit apartment community in Denver.

DENVER-Guggenheim Real Estate LLC and Austin-based Forestar Group Inc. have partnered to develop a 304-unit apartment community in Denver. Forestar will start construction on the 360Â° project in the Denver Tech Center market within 30 days.

Interior design and architecture of the multifamily community is being handled by Denver-based JG Johnson Architects. Forestar partnered with Canyon-Johnson Urban Funds to construct Eleven, a 257-unit complex near I-35 and East 11th Street in downtown Austin. For the full story, go to Austin Business Journal .
