LONDON-Legal & General Property (LGP) has unveiled its plans to revive the old Elstree Business Centre in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire. The proposed GBP 10-million project will comprise a new Wickes store and nine warehouse and industrial units.
LGP submitted a planning application in March for the rehabilitation. The planning committee of Hertsmere Borough Council is will decide on the project in the coming weeks. If approved, construction could begin later this year. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
