
NEW YORK CITY-Nordstrom Rack is in negotiations to take approximately 50,000 square feet of space at 1095 Ave. of the Americas. The Post's Steve Cuozzo stated in April that the Seattle-based department store chain was looking around for space.
The rent will be approximately $4 million per year. Stephan Stephanou with Crown Acquisitions is representing Nordstrom, while David Green and C. Bradley Mendelson with Cushman & Wakefield are representing Blackstone, the landlord, in the deal. For the full story, go to New York Post .
