Poundland Leases Warehousing Facility at RD Park Hoddesdon

LONDON-BNP Paribas Real Estate has secured a warehousing facility in Hertfordshire for a discount retailer. Poundland has signed a three-year lease for the 218,000-square-foot facility at RD Park Hoddesdon in Hertfordshire. The discount retailer has subleased the new site in order to service its stores situated within the South East.

The facility, owned by SWIP, is leased to Wincanton. RD Park Hoddesdon, an industrial/warehouse scheme, is situated adjacent to Essex Road. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
