BERLIN-OVG Real Estate has leased around 258,333 square feet of office space a well as 230 underground parking spaces in Berlin Mitte. PricewaterhouseCoopers Aktiengesellschaft has leased the office space in a new project, called HumboldtHafenEins, from OVG.
The project will come up near the central railway station of Berlin, between Alexanderufer, Kapelle-Ufer and Hugo-Preuss-Bruecke. It was designed by KSP Jurgen Engel Architekten.
