AUSTIN, TX-CBRE Group Inc. has brokered two lease deals totaling 27,698 square feet in Austin. ATMI has signed a lease for 14,600 square feet of space at AmorRon 2 at 700 Jeffrey Way and Novogradac has inked a lease for 13,098 square feet of space at Stratum Executive Center at 11044 Research Blvd.
