
BOSTON-The American Arabic Benevolent Association and the Community Builders of Boston have closed a $4.4-million financing to construct senior housing in the West Roxbury neighborhood of Boston. The new senior housing complex, called Cheriton Heights, will have 70 affordable apartments for elders.
The six-story complex will be developed beside the 60-unit Cheriton Grove Apartments. Work on the senior housing project began this spring and is expected to be completed in August 2013. MassHousing provided the loan for the project. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
