
HOUSTON-Baker & McKenzie LLP has inked a 50,700-square-foot lease at the Bank of America Center for its Houston office. The firm plans to occupy the space on the 30th and 31st floors of the 56-story Class A office tower at 700 Louisiana Street during Q1 of 2013. Financial terms of the deal were not revealed. The GE Pensions Trust's affiliate is the owner of the 1.2-million-square-foot property.
