BUFFALO-Construction of 49 townhouses allocated for Fruit Belt neighborhood of Buffalo is scheduled to be started in September 2012. St. John Fruit Belt Community Development Corp. is the manager of the project valued at $16 million. According to the company's consulting CEO, Pastor Michael Chapman, the company invests in the community to make local people participate for the revival of this area.
