MIAMI-Lennar Corp. has renewed and expanded its lease to 120,000 square feet by adding an additional 30,000 square feet at Lennar Corporate Center located in Miami. Newmark Grubb Knight Frank negotiated the renewal and extension of the lease, which was marked as one of the biggest deals wrapped up in South Florida. With this lease, the office park's occupancy rate is increased to 93%.
