SAN LEANDRO, CA-Macy's has signed lease renewal to occupy a 213,000-square-foot space at Bayfair Center, a shopping mall measuring 813,000 square feet in San Leandro. There are also remodeling plans for Macy's store as part the lease extension. Tenants, 24 Hour Fitness and Chilis were renovated their spaces recently. Madison Marquette Property Investments is the principal owner of the East Bay shopping center.
