HAMILTON, OH-Pease Warehouse and Kitchen Showroom, a home improvement retailer based in Hamilton, has inked a 90,000-square-foot lease at 1780 S. Erie Highway for five years. The retailer will relocate its operations from Van Hook Avenue to the new location by late July. President of the retailer, Steve Pease stated that roughly $140,000 will be spent for remodeling the interior and installing a larger kitchen showroom.
