Plan Commission Approves Apartment Project in Milwaukee

MILWAUKEE-The Milwaukee Plan Commission has granted unanimous approval for a proposed five-story structure featuring 20 apartment units to be built on a site at 1509 N. Jackson Street.

MILWAUKEE-The Milwaukee Plan Commission has granted unanimous approval for a proposed five-story structure featuring 20 apartment units to be built on a site at 1509 N. Jackson Street. The developer is Dominion Properties LLC who recently revised the plan to increase the total count of parking spaces to 30. Striegel-Agacki Studio's Joel Agacki is the architect of the building, which is Dominion Properties' first ground-up development.
