
NEW YORK CITY-IIG Capital is expanding its headquarters space in Times Square. The financial services firm has added 5,679 square feet to its headquarters space at 1500 Broadway.
The company, which previously leased 7,171 square feet, has taken the entire 17th floor at the building for 10 years. Asking rent was roughly $60 per square foot. Patrice Meagher and Paul Amrich of CBRE Group Inc. represented IIG, while Erik Schmall of Studley represented Tamares Realty, the landlord, in the deal.
