ALBANY-Developer Bruce Tanski is planning to develop a 38-unit apartment project in Halfmoon, New York. The developer is seeking permission from town officials to construct the complex, known as Anna's Place, on nearly 20 acres of land at 95 Werner Road.

Anna's Place will comprise 38 two-story duplexes and its development cost is estimated at $7.8 million. Tanski originally planned to construct 121 more apartments, but faced opposition from town residents and dropped its plan. For the full story, go to The Business Review .
