
LONGBOAT KEY, FL-The owner of the Hilton Longboat Key Beachfront Resort is preparing to redevelop the property to include 85 rooms, a new entrance-reception space, meeting facility, restaurant and swimming pool. The resort will be closed for up to a year for the $25-million project.
