NEW YORK CITY-Moda Operandi is moving its headquarters from 72 Madison Ave. to 315 Hudson St. The online retailer of ready-to-wear goods has signed a 10-year lease for 24,822 square feet on the 5th floor of 315 Hudson St.
Asking rents in the Hudson Street building are in the mid-$40s range. Moda Operandi will move to the new location later this fall. Cushman & Wakefield's Owen Hane represented the tenant, and Jack Resnick & Sons' Brett Greenberg represented the landlord. For the full story, go to New York Post .
