JACKSONVILLE, FL-Plastic Dress-Up has leased an industrial space measuring 47,500 square feet at 2908 W. Beaver St. in the Westside area of Jacksonville. Jacksonville-based Easton Sanderson & Co. is the owner of this property.

PDU took approximately six weeks to decide about leasing this space in order to expand throughout USA. The California-based company will take the entire facility for its operation. Colliers International Northeast Florida's Bart Hinson represented the tenant and Graham & Company LLC's Mark Scott represented the landlord.
