TAMPA, FL-Centro Ybor, an office and retail complex in Tampa, has been put up for sale. CMJ Centro Ybor LLC, a subsidiary of Chicago-based M&J Wilkow Ltd. is selling the 216,315-square-foot complex.

Colliers International Tampa Bay is marketing the property for CMJ Centro Ybor. Colliers and CMJ Centro Ybor said that they will have a bid process to decide the best price for the complex, which is 90% occupied. For the full story, go to Tampa Bay Business Journal .
