ALBANY-Eric Mower + Associates is relocating its operation from the Corporate Woods Office Park to a South Pearl Street office tower in downtown Albany. The Syracuse-based firm has leased nearly 5,000 square feet in Omni Plaza at 30 South Pearl St.

EMA currently occupies space at 7 Southwoods Blvd. in Corporate Woods. Albany-based OMNI Development Co. Inc. is the owner of Omni Plaza. EMA has offices in Rochester, Buffalo, Atlanta, Cincinnati and Charlotte. For the full story, go to The Business Review .
