
CHICAGO-A fund headed by Inland American Real Estate Trust Inc. of Oak Brook has decided to dispose of a 40-property real estate portfolio. The Net Lease Strategic Assets Fund, a joint venture between New York-based Lexington Realty Trust and Inland American, has tapped Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. to sell the portfolio totaling 5.6 million square feet.
The portfolio comprises office, industrial, retail, medical office and golf course properties in 23 states. It is valued at approximately $500 million. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
