Lexington Homes to Break Ground on Lexington Place

CHICAGO-Lexington Homes, a Chicago-based developer, will start construction on Lexington Place, a single-family home development in the Bridgeport neighborhood of Chicago, this summer.

CHICAGO-Lexington Homes, a Chicago-based developer, will start construction on Lexington Place, a single-family home development in the Bridgeport neighborhood of Chicago, this summer. The nine-home project will include two floor plans ranging from 2,000 to 2,300 square feet.

The homes will have three or four bedrooms, separate dining and living rooms, 21/2 bathrooms, eat-in kitchens, basements and two-car garages. The starting price for the single-family home on Lexington Place is $459,000. For the full story, go to Chicago Tribune .
