Developers to Break Ground on One Union Station

DENVER-Avon-based East West Partners Inc. is planning to start construction on One Union Station, a five-story office building in downtown Denver.

DENVER-Avon-based East West Partners Inc. is planning to start construction on One Union Station, a five-story office building in downtown Denver. The development company is getting ready to start construction following a lease deal signed with Denver's Antero Resources.

East West Partners is teaming with Greenwich, Connecticut-based Starwood Capital Group to build the 110,000 square-foot office building at the corner of Wynkoop and 16th streets.
