AUSTIN, TX-Hardin Construction Co. LLC, based in Atlanta, has been selected as general contractor to develop a mixed-use project near the Broken Spoke in South Austin. The company will construct a $60-million project, called The 704.
The mixed-use project will comprise 378 apartments, 10 live-work units and nearly 20,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space. Construction is expected to start this summer and it will be finished in spring 2014. The project was designed by Dallas-based Wilder Belshaw Architects.
