IRVING, TX-Mountain Accessories Inc. has signed a lease for 41,486 square feet of office and distribution building in International Park at 2611 Regent Blvd. in North Texas.

IRVING, TX-Mountain Accessories Inc. has signed a lease for 41,486 square feet of office and distribution building in International Park at 2611 Regent Blvd. in North Texas. The New Jersey-based plumbing products firm has leased the building, situated near Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, from Twinrose Investments Co.

The company will open the new location on August 1. Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services' Joe Santaularia and Todd Lambeth negotiated the lease deal with NAI Robert Lynn Co.'s David and Van Power. For the full story, go to Dallas Morning News .
