BREMEN, GERMANY-Panattoni Europe has started operations on a new warehouse facility measuring 322,917 square feet in Hansalinie Business Park in Bremen for Lear Corporation. The new facility is being built as part of the joint venture partnership between Pramerica Real Estate Investors and Panattoni.
The warehouse facility will be fully leased by Lear. Construction works started in June 2012. The project is expected to be completed before the end of this year. Frank Freitag from CB Richard Ellis in Hamburg brokered the deal. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
