BOSTON-Weidlinger Associates, OwnerIQ and Rethink Robotics have signed new lease deals totaling approximately 31,822 square feet of space at Tower Point in the Seaport District of Boston. Weidlinger Associates will take 12,000 square feet and OwnerIQ will occupy 11,600 square feet in the office building.
Rethink Robotics will add 8,300 square feet to its existing space in the building, owned by Meritage Properties. Jones Lang LaSalle, UGL Services, the Lincoln Property Co. and Cresa were involved in the lease deals. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
