BERKELEY, CA-Archstone has commenced construction of a 94-unit apartment building in the Bay area. This multifamily property, being built at the corner of Addison and Third streets, is the company's first Berkeley project. The site is located near the bay waterfront, the Fourth Street shopping district and the Berkeley Marina.
